SIZING:

Measure the circumference around the lowest part of your wrist, just above the wrist ankle. The size you will need is the inch measurement slightly greater than your wrist measurement. The bracelet will shrink if the cord (only) is submerged in water overnight and allowed to dry in the sun by about 0.25 inches.
