Survival Kits & Medical/Survival Kit Combinations: Our custom made survival kits combine the best of the survival and first aid/ trauma supplies industries. We leave nothing to chance with our kits, building in redundant and sometimes double and triple redundant systems for certain categories of survival priorities. We have both tactical & military survival kits, as well as civilian kits. The main difference between the two are that the civilian kits have brighter item colors for increased rescue visibility, whereas the tactical kits have more subdued items to provide for tactical and potentially unfriendly environments. We also provide popular commercial kits. Check out our videos to see the specific kit contents and applications.

Emergency survival shelter products, blankets, bivvys, tarps, survival sleeping bags and items that are worn on your body. Shelter is one of the priorities of survival. Your ability to maintain your body temperature to avoid overheating or overcooling is a vital aspect of any survival scenario. Hypothermia or heat exhaustion can kill much more quickly than hunger. Make sure you have the ability to construct the right shelter to protect you from the elements and give you the best chance of surviving whatever comes your way. Tactical options are also available for those who don't wish to be seen by just anybody out there.

Medical and first-aid kits and supplies for all levels of skill. Having a varied complement of kits gives you flexibility depending on your adventure, but always consider this general rule: trauma first, comfort second. This means that every adventurer must have the ability to robustly address traumatic bleeding, especially, as this is a major threat to your survival in the unfortunate event this occurs. Modern hemostatics (like QuikClot®) and pressure bandages should come first, followed by a host of other bandages, gauze, disinfectants and medications to keep you going until you can get proper medical attention. So grab a kit or two, and reinforce with the supplies you need to properly address what you may encounter out there.

Redundant systems to get a fire going is a smart way to think about what gear you will need for any adventure (or misadventure). What if a hand is injured? What if you lose that trusty lighter, or it runs out of fuel? A variety of fire starting tools won’t take up a lot of space or add a lot of weight, and their worth is measured in lives, as hypothermia is the number one killer in survival ordeals. Commercial tinder like Wetfire make fire starting as simple as creating a spark. In difficult weather, it’s hard enough to get a fire going – give yourself a greater advantage to get it going quickly.

Staying hydrated is vital for proper cell and organ function, body temperature stability, and mental clarity. In survival situations, the effects of even mild dehydration could result in confusion and lethargy – in other words, things that could derail your efforts well prior to organs shutting down. However, ensure your water is purified to the best of your ability, keeping bacteria and viruses out of your system. Create an arsenal of tools to enable you to purify water no matter where you are. Getting a water-borne pathogen in your system will not only derail your trip, but could create further complications that could become very serious over time.

When preparing for emergencies, don't settle for less-than-superior survival food stores to get you through tough times. You need high calorie, long duration shelf life rations with good nutritional content like the selections below. These food products have been thoroughly tested for their content, shelf-life and quality. Stock up and be assured that when needed, these will be there for you when you need them most. Also consider preparing a “survival garden” at a suitable location, or at least stock a variety of long-duration seeds in the event that a survival garden may be needed for a reliable source of food over a long-haul scenario. Additionally, the ability to fish and to trap and snare small game could provide you with vital nutrition when other sources fail. The products in these sections help you accommodate your food needs, and also to prepare them conveniently and safely.

What’s a “survival tool”? The answer is simple: anything that provides a function you need is a survival tool in the right circumstances. Human ingenuity and adaptation can never be underestimated, but being ready to perform certain functions, with redundancy in equipment, gives you a unique advantage in overcoming a survival obstacle. Cutting, tying, securing, adhering, direction-finding, marking, communicating – throw in any action you would like and there will be a need for it in any survival situation. These tools enable you to do all of that and more.

Survival doesn't always happen in the wilderness. Storms, civil unrest, economic collapse and other events can make surviving in your region just as difficult as if you were out in the bush. Conditions that arise in your area may dictate the need for you and your family to bunker down and survive in-place; a strategy worth considering depending on the conditions -- or, moving out to get to safety with your gear and supplies to keep you going. These items are designed to enable your survival no matter where you live, or whether you are surviving in-place or bugging out.

This is our Every Day Carry section: full of small and useful tools you can have with you every day in various carrying areas on your person and gear. Some items you should simply not be without at any time - others provide you with the ability to take the advantage of a situation that you otherwise may not be able to. The obvious choices for placement are briefcases, purses, wallets, glove compartments, etc., but also consider the linings of jackets, waistbands, between shoe laces, zipper pulls and more. Once you start thinking like a "spy" you can identify a wide variety of places to securely stash vital tools to enable you to get out of a situation and survive.
In one regular outfit, with some creativity, you can ensure your ability to start a fire; navigate; construct a shelter; signal for rescue; escape from a smoke-filled building, and more. Please note that restraint defeat tools (like handcuff keys) are designed for use during illegal (not legal) restraint.
