FEATURES: ferrocerium fire starting rod for creating very hot sparks to start fires.
Steel striker/knife is removeable and used to strike against fire starting rod to generate sparks, and can also be used (carefully) to cut/saw through parachute cord and other items.
Loud pealess whistle for signaling for rescue molded into the buckle.
3/4 of an inch-wide webbing slots fits most backpack strapping and other straps, and 850 paracord.
Buckle dimensions (assembled) are 2 3/8” long, 1” wide without whistle protrusion, with whistle width is 1 2/8” wide at longest point.
