This NATO-approved tool will cut wood, plastic, bone, rubber or soft metal. Unique 8-strand design. Saws length is 20 inches, including ring holds. Blade is stainless steel. Plated swivel ends prevent twisting.
Your best bet with this kind of saw is to attach loops of cord through the grab rings, and then grab those to use the saw. These are good for smaller branches, etc., and can be used for snares/snare construction as well. Good to have in a survival kit, as they are useful, lightweight, and compact.
